So What's It All About?
StuRents is an online resource that serves three main purposes:
- Landlords and Letting agents have the ability to advertise their properties, completely free of charge, uploading key details, photographs, video walkthroughs and the ability to manage their properties online.
- Students have the ability to search and browse a large variety of properties before making an informed decision whether to view the property or not. Students can contact landlords through our interactive messaging service or use the provided contact details.
- Businesses, we offer an enhanced web presence to local businesses and can provide key penetration of the student community. A business profile, similar to a house profile included key details and importantly pdf uploads. Should you upload an item into the student offer section this is emailed to every registered student within that network on a two weekly basis so that students are constantly updated with the best offers.

Who Are We?
StuRents has been created by two Durham University student; we have first hand experience of what students are looking for and have created this online resource as a result.
Recent Awards
We are very proud of our site and quite like to enter competitions to challenge our views. Since our launch in January 2009 we have received FOUR awards locally and nationally.

Landlord Property Management
By registering you will also be able to utilise a number of features which will help you in your day to day tasks, free of charge. Add all of the key information about your property including a description, facilities and photographs and importantly whether it is let or not! New features including contract management, online fault reporting and rent reminders will be available soon.
Photographs
Photographs are not compulsory, but make a huge difference to your advert. You have the ability to upload an unlimited number so why not enhance your property profiles and attract the right students.
