We have been Landlords in Durham City for approximately 30 years and during this time we have successfully accommodated several hundred students in our houses. We live in Durham and are therefore always on hand if there is a problem. We use local tradesmen who are acquainted with all of our houses. Our policy is that if there is a problem we would rather fix it promptly and correctly. All of our student tenants have enjoyed living in our student houses.
