Grant Management was set up in 1997 by husband and wife Peter and Colette Grant. With around 100 staff, it is still owned and managed by its founders, with HBOS PLC having taken a 20% stake in January 2006. Peter and Colette Grant based Grant Management's business model on their own personal experience as investors, landlords and tenants. Subsequently, Grant Management aims to put itself in the customer's shoes and to align the customer's interests with their own.
