Unlike most student accomodation in York, the whole portfolio is owned and managed by a private landlord with 10 years experience in providing exactly what it says on the tin-better student homes. You won't find these houses to be the cheapest in York, (rent is kept at realistic levels though) but you will be assured of well furnished, well located and well run accomodation leaving you to concentrate on the more important things in life like getting a degree, rather than dealing with dodgy landlords and scary houses.
