£200m PBSA Partnership Launched by QIP and Solibuild

GCP Student Living PLC has announced that it has entered a forward purchase agreement for a student accommodation block that will be built next to the University of Surrey in Guildford. The development shall be GCP's third asset in its growing portfolio of student halls in and around London adding approximately 140 student beds to its books.
The block shall commence construction work in July 2014 with a scheduled completion in Q3 2015. The student accommodation real estate investment trust said the new block shall be called Scape Guildford.
GCP Student Living targets properties in and around London. Its first asset is opposite Queen Mary University in London, while its second is adjacent to Royal Holloway in Surrey.
