A £30 Million Redevelopment in Cardiff Will Go Before the Council on Wednesday

Back in September PMG McLaren submitted plans for a £30 million redevelopment to Cardiff Council, and on Wednesday they'll finally go before the city's planning committee.

If the proposal is given the go-ahead it would lead to the conversion of a group of 80's office blocks into a 256-bed block. The beds would be spread across one and two-bed flats, and the development would also include a cinema, lounge, gym, coffee bar and study areas for the use of residents.

The existing site at Fitzalan Court will also make way for parking spaces and a landscaped garden.
