A new 159-bed, £3 million student housing development based in Exeter has been completed in time for the next academic year.
The student accommodation complex is located at Exeter Cricket Club's ground and has been constructed by the local contractors Midas Construction.
Part of the development also included the removal of the former cricket pavilion at the Prince of Wales Road venue and replacing it with a new two-storey pavilion complete with office space, bar, kitchen and changing rooms.
The site was built on behalf of the developers Yelverton Properties, who are also looking to construct a 312-bed student accommodation block alongside a new stand at Exeter City's St Jame's Park stadium.
The management company have now taken over the property, preparing it for the next academic year.
Executive director at Midas Construction, Derek Quinn, said of the project, "this is an exciting new building which will provide sector leading modern accommodation for those studying at the nearby University of Exeter."
