Concerns Raised Over St Andrews Accommodation

Prime Student Living have reached an agreement with the University of Bristol to ensure 90 bedrooms at the Harbour Court residence are let to students from the university.
The agreement was reached on behalf of the Victus European Student Accommodation Fund (VESAF) and will begin in September 2017 for a period of three years. The remaining self-contained studios at Harbour Court are marketed through Prime Student Living and are fully booked for the 2017-18 academic year.
Commenting on the agreement, operations director of Prime Student Living, Tommy Styles, said: "The new lease agreement provides the University of Bristol, one of the UK's top universities, with dedicated access to much needed premium accommodation for its students, and provides committed income for 90 en suite bedrooms at Harbour Court for three years.
"Prime Student Living looks forward to a strong working relationship with the University of Bristol going forward."
VESAF is looking to sell its three UK assets including Harbour Court and has appointed Savills to act as agents on the sale.
The company has reported there are several interested parties who are looking to purchase the entire portfolio, with a deal expected to be concluded by the end of the calendar year.
