Dublin Begins Consultation on City Plan

Aspire Student Living is close to completing on a new £4.5 million block of student accommodation in Plymouth.
Tenants have already begun to move into the six-storey property in Mayflower Street, which will be fully finished within the coming weeks.
It's understood by October every room will be occupied, with the development being fully let.
Commenting on the build, Richard Pillar, chairman of Pillar Land Securities, said the building's success has been attributed to targeting overseas and older students who want more space and a high-spec finish.
The site will house 79 students, across one, two and three-bed apartments. The accommodation will also come equipped with a gym, cinema and laundry room, while each room will be fitted to a high standard.
Mr Pillar said the block now has an asset value of £7.5 million and had been "future-proofed" because each flat or studio could easily be transformed into a luxury non-student pad. It's also hoped the development will attract further investment in the area, with local shopkeepers desperately needing more trade.
