GRAHAM Group has finished the design and build of Magna Carta Park in Runnymede.

Developed by Royalton Group, the campus replaces the Brunel University Campus and can accommodate nearly 500 Royal Holloway University students.

The development is located in 67 acres of parkland and is made up of four residential blocks ranging from three to four storeys in height. The scheme consists of 189 studio units, along with 299 cluster bedrooms with access to shared kitchens.

GRAHAM Group completed the project ahead of the 2018-19 academic year.

Elliot Buzzing, Development Director of Royalton Group, said: "GRAHAM have been extremely professional from the inception through to completion. The overall quality of the development has exceeded expectations and we are delighted with the completed product, which sets the benchmark for high quality student accommodation."
