More student accommodation is being planned for Newcastle's city centre.
Adderstone Group has submitted plans to demolish Eastgate House, replacing it with an eight-storey building.
The scheme will feature a mix of studio apartments and cluster flats containing between 2 and six bedrooms. The accommodation will also come equipped with communal space, which could be used as a cinema, gym or games room.
The proposals for Eastgate House represent the latest in a wider plan to redevelop the Manor Business Park into a residential area for students.
The application also follows on from the construction of Clough House and the proposed development of the Technopole centre, both representing student accommodation schemes on Manors Business Park.
Documents submitted as part of the latest application said: "It will form the next step in the regeneration of Manors Business Park, aiming to provide a new cohesive city quarter comprising residential led mixed use development."
