Her announcement was welcomed by the Dean of Sciences at the University of Kent, Professor Mark Burchell, who said: "Susan will be an excellent addition to the Medway School of Pharmacy. I'd like to congratulate her on her appointment and look forward to working with her when she joins us in April."

Meanwhile, Professor Martin Snowden, Pro Vice-Chancellor International and Head of the Faculty of Engineering and Science at the University of Greenwich added: "I am delighted that Susan will be joining us. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and I know she has the vision to continue to drive the school's success with an absolute focus on providing the best possible education and support to our students."

The Medway School of Pharmacy represents a collaboration between the University of Kent and the University of Greenwich and aims to produce high-quality professional graduates through innovative teaching and research.
