Carter Towler has completed on the purchase of three properties in Leeds on behalf of its client Yorkshire Prosperity Limited (YPL).

Based in Leeds, the student property company has acquired Malham House, Southfield House and Springfield Mount.

Commenting on the deals, director of Carter Towler, David Towler, said: "I am so thrilled that we were successful for our client. We had to move swiftly and decisively to conclude these purchases; there was a lot of competition."

"These substantial properties, two of which are detached and Grade II listed, represent a significant investment for YPL who are widely regarded as the leading provider of student accommodation in the region."

"Whilst all three are ideal for conversion, both Malham House and Springfield Mount offer further development opportunities."

"It is also pleasing to see YPL acquiring properties in this area of the city again as this is where we first assisted them with establishing their property portfolio in the city 10 years ago."
