The courses will be available to all students, including those that did not attend the UEA, ensuring that those students looking to gain a Law based qualification now have a much higher likelihood to do so. This change comes despite the plans to review and potentially replace both the LPC and Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) by 2021

The vice chancellor and CEO at ULaw, Professor Andrea Nollent, said: "We are dedicated to delivering outstanding legal training throughout England and Wales, and working with UEA Law School ensures that those students looking to qualify in law now have greater opportunity to do so."

A few other universities have also secured deals with ULaw to teach both LPC and GDL, these include: the University of Liverpool, Reading and Exeter and confirmed plans for Nottingham to follow suit.
