Coppergate in Swansea is a new build which is estimated to cost around 17 million pounds and is part of a 14-storey tower block that will be entirely for students. The asset consists of 310 bedrooms and features two six-storey wings around a horseshoe shape courtyard. The building will feature substantial bike storage, several commercial spaces and a reception area.
The building will also feature stunning panoramic views of both Swansea and the Mumbles. The work on the project began in March and is expected to be complete by September 2019, with Create Construction and Crosslange student Developments hosting a ceremony on the 10th of April 2019.
