A Successful Empire

Empiric Student Property PLC, one of the largest owners of private student accommodation, has confirmed that they are on track for the 2019 financial year with its operating margin expected to be above 67%, whilst administration costs will be in at around £10 million and dividend cover in the region of 85%.

The company's half-year results, ending 30th of June 2019, will be officially announced on the 20th of August.

Empiric operates thousands of student beds via its operating arm Hello Student and is active in locations such as Canterbury, Durham, Glasgow, Huddersfield, Lancaster, Liverpool, Newcastle and Reading amongst others.
