Clark Contracts has finished on delivering ten refurbishment projects across the University of Glasgow's Gilmorehill campus.

The projects range in value from £60k to £500k and include both internal and external refurbishments.

The biggest project involved the refurbishment of the university's Southpark Terrace Student Accommodation and consisted of the refurbishment of 12 flats, including bathrooms and kitchens.

Other works carried out include roof repairs, internal refurbishment of the Isabella Elder Building, office refurbishment works within the Rankine Building, external repairs at Hillhead Street and Great George Street and various room refurbishments within the Joseph Black Building.

Clark Contracts has been appointed on the university's Minor Works Framework since 2006 and has delivered projects with all buildings on the university's Gilmorehill Campus.

Commenting on the latest projects, Gerry Cummins, director of Clark Contracts, said: "We are delighted to have collaborated with the University of Glasgow again this year to deliver their summer refurbishment projects and we look forward to continuing our long-standing relationship with the university which began in 1999."
