The student specialists Scape have launched their first block of purpose-built student accommodation in Ireland.

Situated in the heart of Dublin, the property was designed in partnership with Ab Rogers Design, JSA Architects and Stephen Marshall Architects and will accommodate roughly 300 students.

Scape has become a global operator of student accommodation and forms the operating platform for properties owned by GCP.

Tom Ward, chief executive and co-founder, Scape, said: "With a global footprint of properties around the world in leading academic cities, we are excited to be taking the next step in our growth by entering the Dublin market. We are pleased with the design-led approach of our new Dublin property and believe we have created a space that our student residents will be proud to call home."
