The real estate asset manager Niveda Realty has announced the development of a second purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Liverpool.
Situated at the gateway of Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter, the £36 million development will be managed by Prestige Student Living, the premium arm of leading operator Homes for Students.
Dubbed Bowline, the scheme will be the first in Liverpool to be managed by Prestige Student Living. Martin Corbett, Homes for Students managing director, said: "We are so excited to work alongside Niveda Realty and Create Construction to bring Bowline to life with our Prestige Student Living brand."
"Bowline brings something fresh to the student accommodation scene in the city, and we feel confident that, despite the many challenges students face in the current climate, finding their new home with us in the city won't be one of them."
The accommodation is said to have a boutique feel and will consist of 47 self-contained studios and 357 en-suites arranged in clusters. The site will also come equipped with a sky lounge, private dining facilities, karaoke room, cinema room, a fitness and wellbeing studio, and a games area.
