Study Inn has added an additional 288 beds to its portfolio with the opening of a new scheme in Nottingham.
The group acquired the former Experian headquarters building in Nottingham city centre, which has undergone an extensive redesign and extension.
The scheme is equipped with studios and serviced apartments and also includes a wellness spa, steam room, yoga studio, games room, gym, cinema, meeting rooms and more.
The site opened with 98% occupancy and will be operated as part of Study Inn's 'portfolio 2' alongside schemes in Bristol and Loughborough.
Additional schemes in this portfolio will open in 2021 and 2022 in Exeter, Leeds and Leicester.
Commenting on the building, Study Inn founder Edward Jefferson said: "It's very encouraging to know that we can fund, develop, let and operate our properties in these uncertain times."
"It's an endorsement of the Study Inn brand standard and the level of service we provide."
"We are delighted with this project and it's a quality addition to our portfolio 2."
