Fresh and Midos Group have formally entered into their first management agreement.

Fresh will manage the 556-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Swansea dubbed the Oldway Centre, with management being handed over to the group this month.

Alongside hundreds of student beds, the scheme comes equipped with a gym, cinema room, bike storage and a games room.

Commenting on the agreement, Jeremy Fletcher, chief executive of Fresh, said: "I'm thrilled to have struck our first agreement with Midos Group. We've begun brilliantly and I very much look forward to continuing to build our relationship into the future. There is enormous strength in the student accommodation market across the UK and Swansea is a perfect example of this brilliant growth."

"We're determined to maintain our momentum as the market leader in PBSA management as we extend our specialist services into Build to Rent and Co-living. This ambition runs throughout the business and is real a testament to the drive and expertise of our people."
