Centurion Proposes Purchase of Nottingham PBSA

Centurion, a company which owns, develops and manages quality, Purpose-Built Workers Accommodation assets in various countries including the UK, have announced their intent to acquire The Orbital PBSA in Nottingham.

The Orbital is a 103-bed student accommodation built in 2018. It is located at Canning Circus, a short walk to Nottingham Trent University and also accessible to the University of Nottingham.

The acquisition is set to be made for £10.4 million.

Upon acquisition the PBSA will be rebranded as dwell Orbital, in line with Centurion's existing Nottingham properties: dwell Castle Gate Haud, and dwell Archer House.

Centurion also has existing assets across other UK university cities, including: Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Newcastle.

Kong Chee Min, Centurion chief executive officer, said: "The new asset is expected to be accretive upon the proposed acquisition’s completion, and we will be able to further tap on management synergies in Nottingham and the UK".
