Brand New PBSA Scheme Opened in Brighton

A new chief financial and sustainability officer has been appointed at Empiric Student Property.
Donald Grant will be taking the position, whilst also joining the accommodation group's board.
He was most recently chief executive at RDI REIT and has over 20 years of experience working for FTSE 350 real estate companies as well as financial services firms.
Effective from September, Donald will be replacing Lynne Fennah, who is stepping down to pursue other interests.
Commenting on the appointment chief executive of Empiric, Duncan Garrood, said: "I am delighted to announce that we have appointed Donald as our new chief financial and sustainability officer. He is a strong, commercial and strategic CFO with a well-established successful track record in senior finance roles at FTSE 350 UK real estate companies, a combination that will be invaluable."
