You pay for what you use. We pay the companies to make it easier for us all then charge it on to you each month, paid along with the rent and estimated from previous years. We give you a spreadsheet to show your use. If you use more or less, we ask for the extra or give a refund.
Cranfield Village is 2 miles from Cranfield University, 5 minute drive,15 minute cycling, 30 minute walk. Bus stop 5 min walk. Village shops & pubs 10 minute walk.
1 double size bedroom with single bed and study area, plus 2 single bedrooms each with separate study.
Shared kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bathroom/WC plus downstairs WC, secluded garden with patio and barbeque. Ample car parking, bike storage shed (plenty of secondhand bikes sold locally). Fully furnished including all necessary appliances and full bedding. House Information Book plus help and repairs from the landlords Caroline and Mike Purser who live 5 minutes away and being retired, are quickly available.
Up-to-date Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Installation Condition Certificate, EPC D (but new boiler installed December 2013 should upgrade).
One months rental in advance required to secure the house, plus returnable damages deposit required when move in, held in DPS Government approved scheme.
Copy of letter of course acceptance from Cranfield University is accepted as a reference.
