Our office is located within the heart of the accommodation situated in Queens Rd CV13EG, so we are easily accessible to all tenants, and that way deal with any issues quickly, without going through 3 rd parties. 97% of problems are dealt with within 1 hour during office time’s and 2 hours after hours’ time if it’s an emergency. No need to come to the office it can be done via the phone app or email.
All of our properties are approved by the Coventry city council and building control and they are regularly inspected and tested to ensure standards are of the highest. Safety is one of the top concerns and we take the well being of the tenant very seriously, and full CCTV to ensure the buildings are monitored and recorded to enable us to maintain a happy, quite environment.
