Austin is well equipped with laundry facilities, limited car parking space and 24 hour CCTV security. All bills are included with weekly cleaning and a facility maintenance service provided. In addition, we will provide unscheduled parties (BBQ, New Year’s Eve Party, etc.) to help students get the most out of their university experience.
