One of three identical 6 bed properties we own - Fabulous, recently renovated student houses in Jesmond in one of the best, safest roads in Newcastle. The houses are all situated a 2 minute walk to West Jesmond metro or the lovely playing fields of Highbury, or the coffee shops and restaurants of Brentwood Avenue - all very civilised! it is 5 minuets from Sainsburys and also has a Waitrose and Tesco within 10 minute walk. Getting to uni is easy, via the metro or a 20 minute walk across the town moor or 10 minute bike ride. The house is around a 10minute walk from Osborne Road where there is an abundance of nightlife.

The houses were renovated completely with full double glazing and insulation to make sure its warm and cosy with low bills. All 6 rooms are built to a similar size , all with black out blind, built in wardrobes and double beds. all houses are nicely carpeted to ensure a homely warm feel underfoot. What makes our student houses special ( we have 3 6 bed which are identical in the same road) is that they have 3 bathrooms and a really large sitting room with proper oak dining table with a separate kitchen so it makes for a very popular social space. the houses all have leather sofas too. The kitchens have 2 fridge freezers to ensure that everyone has their own shelf and freezer space and also at least 6 cupboards , again so everyone has their own cupboard space, so no fighting !

Outside they all have a secure back yard with proper steel bike racks, and an intercom to answer the door. We only have three student houses and as we have children at uni ourself ensure we treat our tenants in a way we would want a landlord to treat our own children. These houses do go quickly as they are pretty unique in Newcastle and popular ( one group stayed 5 years!) if there is a group of 6,12 or 18 looking for accomodation near each other these houses are for you!
