Former Student Hacks the University of Greenwich

The University of Greenwich has been hit by another data breach, representing the second incident in the course of this year.
According to reports in the Evening Standard the hacker was a former student who managed to gain access to the university's website, stealing personal data and leaking it online.
The details, which included information such as grades and contact information was apparently quickly removed by the university after it gained attention on Twitter.
The latest breach comes after the university was affected by a similar problem back in February when a BBC News investigation reported that students' details could be easily reached by a simple Google search.
At the time the Information Commissioner's Office, whom are responsible for the enforcement of the Data Protection Act as well as for Freedom of Information, said it was aware of the incident and was making enquiries. The office has said the same again following the most recent attack.
