Collegiate AC Completes Onboarding of PBSA Portfolio

Student accommodation providers Collegiate AC has now completed its onboarding of schemes from UK-based investment managers, Arlington.
The final two schemes to come under Collegiate's management are located in Chester.
Over the past two years, Collegiate has onboarded the entire Arlington portfolio, which comprises 34 student accommodation schemes.
The total number of beds managed by Collegiate now totals over 10,500 across the UK.
The Tudor Place and Granary Studios schemes will come under the Prima Vidae brand.
Chief executive for Collegiate UK, Rob Moyle, commented: "The completion of the onboarding of the management of these properties across the UK is a testament to the hard work that the team has put into bringing the accommodation under Collegiate management.
"With these final two properties in Chester coming under the Collegiate UK brand, we can now offer our quality accommodation and exceptional service to hundreds more under and postgraduates."
