1. Mint Warehouse

This club’s big reputation precedes it! Mint Warehouse is an incredible venue for electronic music. Having undergone a pretty big refurbishment in 2020, it’s now the perfect space to party the night away in. While Mint Warehouse can be a little more on the expensive side, they do offer Tropiloco, their student night, every Thursday. Head to this event for a night of House, UKG, 80’s, 90’s, R&B, and more!

2. The Key Club 

If you’re looking for a great student night in Leeds out on a budget, then The Key Club is the perfect place for you. They offer £3 singles and £4.50 doubles all night as well as £1.50 pints before midnight so you don’t need to break the bank to enjoy a night out. They offer a wide selection of events including Slam Dunk on Tuesdays, their pop punk and emo night, and The Indie Disco on Wednesdays. You can even snag £2 entry before midnight! But if you’re running a little later, don’t worry, as entry is still an affordable £4.

3. The HiFi Club

There’s always something different going on at the HiFi Club. This venue embraces all the best electronic genres, as awell as soul, funk, hip-hop, soca, bashment, R&B, and pop. Don’t miss their current student night, Bratpop!, every Tuesday night for a celebration of all the current pop hits. This venue also doubles as a comedy club so if you’re ever looking for some more chill entertainment, this is the perfect spot for you. 

4. The Warehouse 

The Warehouse is one of Leeds oldest clubs and is best known for its epic raves. Hosting multiple nights a week, you’ll find a mix of lively club nights and exciting live music to enjoy. Bands, DJs, and producers all regularly play the Warehouse, so you’ll be sure to catch some brilliant performances.

5. Beaverworks 

Proper partiers can’t miss out on going to Beaverworks. Open since 1998, Beaverworks is Leeds’ largest multi-room underground music venue. It hosts some of the biggest raves in the city. They frequently have major events with circus performers and fairground rides, making use of their outdoor space. Definitely a student night in Leeds to remember!
