IconInc Begins on Site at New Liverpool Development
The Leeds based IconInc, which is part of Parklane Group, has started on site with its first development in Liverpool.
The £24m scheme based in Ropewalks district will consist of a 12 storey development on Renshaw Street, made up of 192 self-catering student apartments with en-suite Bathrooms.
The scheme is specifically designed for the luxury student accommodation market and so comes equipped with an on-site gym as well as a cinema room, games room, study rooms and 24 hr concierge.
Tenants can also choose from a range of optional extras such as professional cleaning, kitchen equipment and fresh fruit delivery to name but a few.
According to IconInc's managing director Naveen Ahmed, the facility is the first of its kind in the region and aims to meet the growing demand for a more superior quality of student living in Liverpool, which reflects the changing needs and requirements of the student market.
