Paisley based developers CGC have completed the redevelopment of an iconic West Yorkshire building.
Wardley House, seen as a landmark in Bradford city centre has undergone a huge £1.5 million refurbishment project to turn the building into a showpiece student accommodation scheme.
Located close to the University of Bradford and Bradford college, the development will shortly receive its final face lift in the form of an illuminated facade.
CGC's Contracts Director Ronnie McDowell said: "The Wardley House project was completed on time and provides excellent quality accommodation for students. We Are pleased to have been chosen to undertake this work.
"There is no doubt that Wardley House is a landmark Bradford building and its refurbishment undoubtedly enhances the level of accommodation for students available in this great city."
The completed project comes after the company revealed its forecast to record turnover of £14 million in 2016 and is rolling out new offices across Britain. As a result of the increase in work, a new office will soon be opened in Preston, Lancashire.
