Paisley is a relatively large town just 7 miles east of Glasgow.
Educating over 18,000 students across a number of vocational courses, the university has gained a strong reputation for preparing career-focused graduates. It is also the largest provider of nurse education in Scotland. The institution works across four campuses: Ayr, Dumfries, Hamilton and Paisley - all of which are located in southwest Scotland. In September 2012 the university opened a £13m development that consisted entirely of student accommodation right in the heart of Paisley town centre.
