Four student properties in Bangor have been put up for sale with an asking price of more than £2 million.
Located on Bangor's 'Golden Mile', the terraced properties have a combined 31 bedrooms and sit opposite the main entrance of Bangor University.
The student accommodation has been put on the market with a leading property agent, Halls Commercial, for a total price of £2.25m.
Commenting on the properties, James Evans, from Halls Commercial, said: "This is a rare opportunity to acquire a significant student let investment opportunity currently arranged to provide 31 bedroom accommodation with further asset management potential, located adjacent to the sought after Bangor University."
The properties are located in College Road and could be further developed, subject to planning.
Mr Evans suggested land at the rear of the properties could be redeveloped, while there is potential to convert the ground floor sitting room to provide an additional bedroom.
