Beaufort Completes Facility for New Student Accommodation

Beaufort has announced the completion of a facility to Danehurst Developments for a PBSA development project in Egham.
The GDV is forecast to be in excess of £30m and will be delivered by HG Construction.
The project will deliver accommodation for 166 students, across a range of studios and cluster flats. The scheme will also come equipped with a gym, residents lounge, cycle storage, landscaped gardens and study areas.
The property is located within five minutes' walk from the main campus at Royal Holloway University of London and is scheduled to open in time for the 2021-22 academic year.
