Bricks Group Confirm Contractor for Swansea Scheme

Claritas Group has been named as the contractor on a £50m student accommodation project in Swansea following the collapse of Create Construction.

Create Construction entered administration, blaming rising costs and the impact of the pandemic.

However, Bricks Group, which runs student accommodations across the country via its True Student brand, has confirmed that Claritas Group is now the contractor on the scheme.

According to Bricks Group, the development would be finished in 2022. A spokesperson for the company said the accommodation will be completed well in advance of the next academic year.
