Management of Two PBSA Sites Landed by Host Students
Student accommodation providers, Host Students, have taken over management of two new PBSA sites in Bath and London from developers Curlew Capital.
Located in Bath city centre, the 146-bed Centurion House scheme is ideally situated next to Bath Cricket ground as well as The Recreation Ground, home to Bath RFC. The mixed en-suite and studio scheme, which is sold out for 2022, features a communal lounge, games area, study room and media room.
Also at full capacity for 2022, the 185-bed View Studios scheme in Bermondsey, south London opened to students in September. It boasts a number of amenities including a study room, gym, cinema, and a private dining room.
Including these schemes, Host Students currently operate 28 schemes across the UK, with approximately 8,000 beds currently managed.
Host managing director John Nesbitt commented: "These are both outstanding developments and additions to the student accommodation offer in Bath and London. Our work is already underway, and we look forward to welcoming our first intake of students in September."
Curlew asset management director Kristian Mills added: "Together these schemes will add a further 331 beds to our portfolio of 3,103 beds across 12 locations."
