NEW: Rolling contract availabilities

Expanding our support for rolling contracts, availabilities can now be designated as rolling rather than just fixed-term. Tenants can book a rolling availability when they use the Book Now option on your property listing.
We've upgraded the StuRents platform so that you now have the ability to set a contract's availability as rolling or fixed.
As an extension of the Rolling Contracts feature, it will be possible to use restricted and rolling availabilities alongside the Book Now feature available to our Pro and Business users. Tenants will be able to select a rolling availability right from the Book Now function on the property listing itself.
To support your property listing on various platforms via Channel Manager, we've included links in our API to Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket for rolling availabilities.
