The dining room is sunny and warm, with a large dining table and four chairs, where you can eat and chat over a meal or cup of coffee.
The en-suite bedroom has a double bed, desk, desk chair, a bank of fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. The rooms have new laminate flooring throughout, and are full of light and warmth.
The rent includes weekly cleaning of the kitchen, dining room, corridors and stairs.

The house is located on a very quiet street with no through traffic given that it is the last house on a cul de sac. It is 3 minutes' walk to Lidl, 6 minutes' walk to Asda (two large supermarkets) and about 12 minutes from the train station. It is roughly 12-15 minutes' walk to the Medway Campus of the University of Greenwich, the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University.
