St. Ann's Lodge couldn't be closer to the action. Located in the thriving student district of Headingley, this converted lodge offers the best Leeds student life has to offer.
Close to Leeds University Campus and with easy public transport with rail and bus links to the city centre, St. Ann's Lodge is the best of both worlds. The building is steeped in history and its two sections - one period, one modern - offer a mixture of luxurious pods, en suites and studios, meaning it suits all budgets. Best of all is its community vibe, as a dedicated common room with games lets people mingle together in comfort and safety.
The residential experience is enhanced by an ANUK accredited student accommodation management company - Primo Property Management. If you have a problem, systems are in place to resolve things as quickly as possible. The team at head office are a friendly bunch, and our on site student warden is a useful ally should you lose your keys!
There is some car parking available (charges apply).
++++++++
NB - These Pods and Rooms are only available to Full Time Students, so Tenants will be exempt from Council Tax (you may need to fill out an exemption form on the Leeds City Council website).
