Gold Plus Studio - EPC Band Rating B-C Student flat to rent Greenclose Lane, Loughborough, LE11

This beauty of a studio, even bigger than the Gold and with the same quality features guaranteed. Ideal if youre alone and like to spread out or theres room enough for two to share at no extra charge.

Enjoy a space of your own that’s different. All student accommodation at Optima comes as self-contained en-suite studios and, uniquely, some are split-level with mezzanine floors. Taking pride of place on a great spot, Optima’s just a 20-minute walk away from Loughborough University and a shuttle-bus between the town, university and us runs every 10-15 minutes. You’re really in the centre of it all to love your uni years.

In the studios, the amenities are all yours unless you want to share as a couple and that’s when those with a mezzanine really come into their own. Whatever studio size you go for all have their very own kitchen and dining area alongside the small double bed, en-suite shower room, spacious study zone and generous storage. Plus, it’s worth remembering that prices are on the room not the people in it, so if you share you can go halves!
