Tenants will be required to contact Greenpad in writing to confirm they wish to invoke this, no later than 31st May.
2. 100% COVID Rent Refund for period of lockdown
If you are temporarily unable to return to your accommodation owing to Government restrictions (lockdown) during the 2022/23 academic year, you will not be required to pay rent for the full weeks that you are restricted from returning.
Where rents have been paid in advance for these periods, the refund will be promptly returned.
The refund applies only to rent due in that period and will not refund any rent that was in arrears and due in a previous period.
