DESCRIPTION
What gives this house ‘the edge’? The wooden floors? The exposed brickwork in the lounge? The cast iron radiator? It has a lovely feel. A 1930’s semi-detached black and white house with a spacious landing, it’s hard to put your finger on it… Walking down the front garden into the house with wooden floors throughout. Ahead of you is a neat contemporary kitchen with a doorway into the TV lounge. Superb Lounge, leather sofas, TV, bare brick walls and French windows out onto the raised deck with picnic table and views of the downs. The lawn is down a few steps and the garage is located on the left. Rooms 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor, both a good size, one with exposed brick walls. Upstairs through the spacious hall, rooms 3, 4 and 5. Number 4 has the ensuite, number 5 has the garden view, number 3 is the smaller companion. The black tiled bathroom has a bath and 2 sinks.
