Payment of £40 +VAT (£48.00) for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.
Payment of £300+VAT (£360.00) associated with any tenants requests for early termination of the tenancy.
All tenants are required to provide a UK homeowner guarantor of which will be on a jointly and severally liable basis in the instance there are multiple tenants. For any tenants who are not able to provide a guarantor there may be the option to pay the rent in advance for the entire term of the contract however this will be at the landlords` discretion.
