"What I enjoyed about 25 Craddock Road the most was the amount of social space, in the kitchen, lounge and garden. Most student shared accommodation would have made the lounge another bedroom or something. So it was nice to have that space to invite friends or chat with housemates and not have to stay in your bedroom the whole day." Clare, Kent Uni, tenant Click to call.
"Craddock is a beautiful house which has a lovely garden with an assortment of trees and plants, which made hanging out with my housemates outside really enjoyable in the summertime. I also loved the living room as it is massive, so we enjoyed watching Netflix together in there. The bedrooms are also extremely spacious, and the wardrobe in my bedroom was the perfect size for me, as I am very into fashion, so I own a lot of clothes and shoes! The kitchen is also lovely, especially with it having a dining table inside, so it was nice to sit together with my housemates, and it gave us a sense of community each week as we would cook for each other. It was also fantastic to have the bathroom and an additional toilet between three people, as in many student accommodations there is usually only one bathroom, so it meant I could take a long shower and not worry about anybody else! Overall, I couldn't recommend Craddock more if I tried, as it is perfect and affordable for students, and Cathy and Rob are fantastic landlords and are brilliant at communicating. The parking is also great if you drive as there are plenty of spaces, and the permit is reasonably priced, and the three of us never struggled to get a parking spot." Dannii, UCA, tenant, twenty-one to twenty-two.
"Craddock Road has been a dream to live in. Cathy is a great landlord who will cater to you and is very efficient in completing jobs that need to be done. We wished we’d found Craddock sooner as the location to the town and shops is perfect and the house itself is incredibly spacious for 3. We have many memories that we will take away with us, thank you!" Hannah, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-twenty to twenty-one.
"25 Craddock Road has honestly been an amazing house! I was very sad to leave! It was close to everything we needed, lovely quiet area and Cathy was an amazing landlord to deal with. Anyone who lives here will absolute love it. Me and my housemates just wish we had come across it for our second year at university so we could of had it for 2 years, 1 year was just not long enough! Thank you for everything :)" Charlotte, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-twenty to twenty-one.
"25 Craddock Road has very homely vibes and a comfy setting. The lounge was great for chilling with my housemates or arranging social events with larger groups, and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped for all our cooking needs. Furthermore the garden was a great bonus, especially in the warmer months, giving us a place to get some air and enjoy a cool cider in the summer sun. Although the garden is small; it was more than big enough for what we wanted, and very pretty too. Finally the bedrooms were great! Even though one of them is a bit smaller than the others, it was very cozy, well laid out, with tonnes of storage space and fairly new furniture. Overall I loved my time at 25 Craddock, cozy house and great landlords, and many memories made!" William, Kent Uni, tenant, twenty-eighteen to twenty-nineteen.
"25 Craddock Road is just perfect. The living room is so spacious so it's perfect for an evening with friends and just relaxing after uni. It's also really nice to have a proper kitchen table and the back door/window lets plenty of light in from the garden. It's in a great location for town, just 10 minute walk away and only 30 minute walk to UKC, even closer for CCU. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet which is nice but there is also things happening outside too so you don't feel completely isolated. My bedroom was the double- bed facing the road. I really liked the interior, especially the curtains and pillow, it is a nice colour scheme so it makes the room very calming and homely. 25 Craddock Road felt like a real home", Alex, Kent Uni, tenant, twenty-seventeen to twenty-eighteen.
"Craddock Road is a home away from home. It's in a great location to roll out of bed and stroll into those dreaded 9am lectures or walk to Sainsburys, Asda and Canterbury High Street. The bedrooms are all good sizes and the downstairs areas are perfect for socialising/relaxing. Another plus with Craddock Road, it is managed by private landlords who do sincerely care about the student receiving value for money. We were very lucky having a nice house in a great location and a lovely landlord", Rosie, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-sixteen to twenty-seventeen.
"It's a lovely property", Natalie, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-sixteen to twenty-seventeen.
"The house was extremely spacious and more than enough facilities for three people. The landlord was extremely helpful and always responded to any queries or concerns promptly", Danielle, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-fifteen to twenty-sixteen.
"Craddock was very well located - CCCU, supermarkets, city centre and both train stations not far away. We enjoyed having a good sized communal space - often absent from student properties. The neighbourhood also felt quite quiet which was a bonus given its convenient location", Laura, Christ Church, tenant, twenty-fifteen to twenty-sixteen.
"I really enjoyed my time at Craddock, the house is bright and airy and everything is in good working order. I would definitely recommend this house for students who are looking to live near town", Felicity, Kent Uni, tenant, twenty-thirteen to twenty-fourteen.
