* If you’d like to pay monthly or quarterly then we’ll need details of a guarantor who is a UK resident and has an annual income of approx. 3 times the annual rent.

* Couples are most welcome at Westgate One. All our studios have a double bed, so two people can live comfortably. Please note there is a £100.00 per month supplement for couples, to contribute towards the increased energy usage.

* The rent for our studios begin at the advertised price. Rents may be higher, depending on specific studio features once a booking has been made.
