Here's more information about living at Westgate One:
* Included in your rent are all your utility bills and wi-fi, so all your living expenses are covered. There is a Fair Usage Policy in place and if there is any over-usage from the terms in the FUP, this is charged at the end of your tenancy.
* If you can't pay your rent upfront for your whole tenancy then you'll need a guarantor who lives in the UK or there are guarantor companies who can help.
* Couples are most welcome at Westgate One. All our studios have double beds (or bigger!) so two people can live comfortably.
* We welcome you to bring your own shattaf/bidet attachment, if you require this, however due to our water system we must insist that it has its own portable water tank to supply the equipment, and do not bring one that attaches to the taps in the bathroom.
