This Hoots home is on the popular student street of Cheyney Road a few minutes stroll to Chester University Parkgate Campus. The kitchen living room offers 2 hobs, 2 ovens and 2 sinks with a seating area comprising of 3 large sofa and a TV. This area makes it a very social space to enjoy with your housemates and friends.

Each of the 8 bedrooms has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe with desk and chair (some furniture is built-in).

A downstairs shower room and upstairs bathroom with shower above the bath, complete the house.

From the kitchen you can access the garden to the rear of the house; this area works well for summer BBQs, or enjoying a cuppa in the sun.

Rooms start form £89 per week with all bills included (gas, water, electric, broadband and communal TV license)
