Greyfriars House is a modern student accommodation with a choice of rooms for student affordability ranging from 2 or 3-bedroom en suites which you can share with friends or if you wish to have your own private space we have different style studios. Greyfriars House is close to Coventry Univeristy and has the town centre shops food outlets nightlife in walking distance. Our Ensuites start from our Budget rooms in which a choice of 2 Bedroom with Fully functional heaters in all rooms a Single bed and a shared Kitchen with an Integrated Fridge and small compartment freezer Integrated Oven hob and Extractor Fan Microwave and plenty of worktop space, In the Bathroom is a fully functional shower cubicle toilet and sink. The 3 Bedroom en suites have all the same except there is a lounge settee & small dining table to relax and socialise with friends and a spacious living area. Our studios start from the Standard which is your room with your Bathroom and Kitchen and (All of the above included) a Kettle and Toaster added to all our studios and a small desk area with a Wardrobe and bookcase shelving unit. For students who like the effect of bigger space, we also have our premium and Deluxe studios which all apply above but some rooms have a double larger bed size and more bigger desk area to revise and for personal computers and more floor space. We have management on duty Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm for you to attend to collect parcels or ask any questions or have any welfare concerns and we have security outside of working hours evenings and weekends for any emergencies and their details are advertised in house. We also have Laundry facilities in our Basement area that are accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week and have A study room Cinema Room and Gym that you can also access 24 /7 at no extra charge! We are a safe and secure student accommodation and access to the building is by key card only all rooms also have phone Intercoms inside their rooms so when you have visitors they can call your internal phone for access and to be buzzed in to the building.
