We are located on green fields, with lots of space to stretch your legs, or sit and relax in the summer months.  With views over the Sidlaw Hills we can ensure you wake up each morning with the views of the Hills in sight. 

We are well located for easy access to the Kingsway, local amenities, and bus networks which are within close and easy walking distance.

Each room has been newly furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk/dressing table.  Each apartment offers 8 bedrooms, a communal kitchen/dining and sitting area, which is fitted with a dishwasher, 2 x fridge freezers, 2 x microwaves, a toaster, a kettle, a hob and oven with a separate block dedicated to laundry.

At Kingsway Apartments we are pleased to offer as part of our rental Free Wi-fi, and utility bills which we will include in your monthly rental.

The on site laundry building is fully functioning and is for the sole use of the residents. Please note that laundry services are not provided as part of your monthly rental. All machines are coin operated.

We are ideally located for anyone attending Abertay University, Dundee Universities, Dundee College, Ninewells Hospital/Medical School, visiting contractors, emergency housing or perhaps if accommodation is required for visiting relatives.
